  Just finished setting mine up and what not… then since battery was at 10% I plugged it into charger and it turned off immediately… :(

  Now it wont turn on and cant tell if its charging

  :( arghhh

    Keep us updated. Usually battery comes at 60%, if not battery isn't holding charge

      mine arrived at 75%. plugged it in as soon as it was unboxed, before turning on.
      charged to 100%, now dragged over almost all content from old phone, updated MIUI, updated apps, etc, now at 88%

    when it is off you can press the power button momentarily to see the charging state. if it does not respond try another charger/cable

    When you plug in the charger the firmware should light up for charging WITH OR WITHOUT Android

    If not the charging port or battery is kaput
