    damn, I would have taken the plunge on this offer, except they won't accept the s5 as a trade in. I have an s9 but I would have given that to my husband and I would have had the s21…I have 2 s5s I could have used one of them, but no dice.

  • Finally placed an order s21 ultra for $574 with trade-in $275 iphone X + $200 voucher + $50 marketing voucher, this is a great deal for 2021 even better deal than my S20 FE 256gb last year which eventually paid $50 for it after going thru a few tricks. I think Samsung just makes its affordable latest tech for all Android users, my wife wanted new Iphone but I said costing triple upfront cost and it's not worth it so I gave her my S20 FE

      In the Expiry date of the card make sure to write the full year not just last two digits.

      I just said my friend got a voucher so I want one too. They said they can only give me one to buy an S21, S20 or note. After 1 min he just sent it to me.

      (What i said was, heard there's a $200 voucher available and i would like to upgrade my phone)

    Re-ran the trade up app on the phone to get a new code, made a new order with all the vouchers and it seems to have gone through although it says it's under review? Looks like a few people have got that message though

        • Just return the first order using the "change of mind" policy and it will be fine.

              @BinnyC: Yes. Because you will be returning the first order, they will not require you to send a trade-in for it, therefore you can use the same phone for the second order.

              I did this and both orders were processed no problem.

    • With the orginal trade up phone, you would have used the ID already.

      How did you manage to generate code for same phone again and use it to order again?

      Because i was told once you receive your delivery, call us to return the phone as change of mind policy an contact trade up partner by email to cancel trade up ID and yhen it can ve used again with a new purchase.

      Emailing and getting Trade up code cancelled could be 3-5 business days and refund for phone could be 20-30 days.

      Let me also know what have you done if it helps me too.

      First order paid a lot more compared to $200 vouchers now and a price drop as well but not sure if it is worth the hassle..

        Even with returning your phone to Asurion, there might be a chance it could be deemed not tradeable in which case you potentially payback the trade in value + bonus

          Agree, but that's people these days. People on the Whirlpool thread were telling others to "be nice" while asking for the $200 voucher. It's a bit sad when people have to be reminded to be nice when they're effectively being given $200 for nothing… But that's the world we live in these days.

    • I don't think Samsung cares one bit about my broken Galaxy S10. This whole trade-up thing is so that customers feel like they're getting a good deal. Samsung is already selling the S21 series to major telcos for less than $500. Do you think JB or Good Guys are losing money by giving you a $499 S21? Nope, Samsung is behind all these deals.

      • It seems if you have multiple device in your cart and apply $200 & $50 voucher, it's applicable to both. Means $500 in vouchers.
        When I added S21 Ultra 128gb & S21 128gb with $250 voucher & $280 trade-in, my final price is showing S21 Ultra $598 & S21 $870. Not sure how it calculated.

    Great, after finally connecting to their chat and a voucher code, I got a "Invalid code" error when I try to use the voucher code on checkout. Anyone else had that problem?

      If you're nuts about photography, yes. Else, a slightly brighter screen (200nits), slightly larger screen, higher refresh rates, QHD, larger battery.

    • If camera important to you go for Ultra.
