So these guys are great in the purchase process but after sales is lacking. Bought a lounge that firstly had to wait a very long time, then delivered with a stain on it and also had a couple of wonky legs. The stain was fixed but the legs we'll still waiting. The sales people at a particular store were quite rude after had ordered and we enquired about delivery time frame. Given it was during covid but courtesy doesn't cost much. Just putting it out there to all that these guys are not any different to all the other lounge sellers.

Excludes sale items. This is the kicker. Who buys furniture full price. The full price is usually 30% too expensive and when it's 30% off they're still making profit.
    2 $1000 couches at 30% off = $1400
    1 couch full price + 1 50% off = $1500

You're better off waiting for it to discount 30% and you don't have to buy two.

They have 2-5 years warranty on the sofas i looked at and most had a solid pine frame with webbing. Strange when such a combination should have a longer warranty.
Plush would be slightly more expensive even with their usual 50% + 5% off sale but at least offer 10 year accross the range and a wide variety of colours and styles.

These prices, gross. Look for local lounge manufacturers, you'll be paying less and get far better quality, and will be
Aussie made. If you're in Adelaide, reach out. I personally use an old Adelaide guy (been making lounges for 50 years), makes them as a hobby in his garage now, but his couches are next level, My friends and I have been using him for the last 15 years. Give him a photo and he'll make anything you want.

Dang, I need to find someone like that in Brisbane

      • yeah have a little look around, gumtree or facebook marketplace. Also talk to second hand stores that sell couches. A lot of them reupholster used couches for them. You can get them made even cheaper if you buy some used couch, and reuse the frame. I'm at the moment getting him to reupholster an old Chaise, with all the wood carvings and all. Found the frame for $100 on marketplace, and now going to have this (profanity) gorgeous antique looking chaise by the window for reading on. Can't wait.

      • Me too!!
