  1. I will be happy to provide a test IP, if you open a ticket from our website or email [email protected]. I cannot provide this information on a public forum, for obvious security reasons.

  2. At this time, the servers taking orders are in Sydney.

  3. HostingBee has been providing services for just over a year. However the company behind it, QualityHostOnline, has been providing services since May 2001.

  4. HostingBee staff is based in Adelaide. QualityHostOnline staff is also based in Australia.

  You are correct! It is not allowed for .com.au. However it is allowed for .com and many other tlds. We provide FREE ID protect on ANY tld that allows it. Most other providers are charge a fee for it.
