Tried thimbleweed years ago on android and couldn't get into it.
Donut county is a pleasant bit of casual fluff.

  • Thimbleweed Park has been free on epic games before

It has but that does not help when the only gaming device you have is a Switch.

      • MINIMUM SYSYEM REQUIREMENTS
OS: Windows 7 (fully, FULLY patched)
        Processor: 2 GHz
        Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Intel HD 3000 or better
        DirectX: Version 11
        Storage: 1 GB available space

I get where you are coming from, but for those who have multiple gaming platforms, they may already have the game on PC. The system requirements are not heavy where any PC/Laptop should be able to play it.

My comment was for those who may have thought about buying it but already claimed it on epic games. It wasn't a dig at you.

My laptop is old and would not run this as the laptop only has 2GB RAM. Plus the integrated graphics would not work either.

I know it was not a dig at me and did not take it as such. So all good.

For me it just feels that in every deal for a console system there is someone saying "It is $5 cheaper on PS4, XB1 etc.".

That is a valid comment for people who have all consoles but the majority of people will not. Plus, if I look at a Switch post that would normally mean I have a Switch so the info that it is $5 cheaper on the XB1 is not that useful for such a person - in fact it might make you feel bad for having to pay the Nintendo tax.

Thimbleweed Park is an amazing 90's Lucas Arts throwback (complete with tie-ins and references!) that had me entertained for the first 95% of the game, then the ending happened.. and i still regard it the worst ending of all time, including Mass Effect 3.. =(

At this price it's probably still worth it for the journey though..

Yeah I was… Pretty disappointed with the ending too. It's a shame because I really did love it up until that point. Wish Gilbert would pump some throwbacks out.
