  Nup never got the bonus reference payment at the end of last year when referred a friend.
  Followed all the Ts and Cs as well.

        I can share the same feedback as above. Absolute disappointment with Cash rewards support team, they keep finding a reason to not approve this. At the end you just have to put value to your time against the reward. In my case they keep declining and even refuse to point out which TC it did not meet. I had some good feedback about their rep on Ozb, @TA, i believe but not sure if that can help either….
