While the websites state that these expansions are for Mac you will simply get a Steam key you can redeem on Steam (even in the browser) and then once it is in your Steam library you can download the Windows version from Steam.
I think they have to put in there as the rights to the keys are given to different companies for Mac and Windows.

These prices are very good for the expansions - the price for Gathering Storm is the all time lowest price.

    Done it for Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition - on Fanatical they often offer the Mac key but redeemed fine and could of course download the Windows version.

  If you have the digital deluxe edition (base game + all scenario packs) you can upgrade to the platinum edition on Steam to get the 2 expansions for $15.
