https://www.jetstar.com/au/en/help/articles/covid-19-changes…
What if I can’t travel due to border restrictions?
"If you booked on jetstar.com and your upcoming flight is affected by a border closure or lockdown impacting travel between the destinations listed in the booking, you will be eligible for a credit voucher for the full value of your booking. Depending on the circumstances, cash refunds or free changes to flight dates or times might also be available. "

Jetstar also offers FareCredit (for a fee)
"FareCredit lets you cancel your booking for any reason and get a FareCredit voucher for the value of your fare (plus any in-flight extras). You can cancel your trip for any reason (even if you’ve checked in online) until airport check-in opens for that flight"

Thanks for compiling the deals - pretty average price from the airlines though.

Couple of good deals but overall nothing amazing IMO. I think Jetstar regularly has similar prices so not sure how the ‘Half Off’ was calculated

Got the $20 flights a week ago and the return for free a month ago. Always cheap fares popping up.

    • During school holidays?

  • Why don't they give what consumers want a full refund the way they paid instead of credit vouchers that no body wants if Covid hits to create some confidence ?

    • So that in their books, they've still made a sale and overall it looks like they're doing well. If they refunded the money, then their reported yearly takings wouldn't be as high

  • Air fares are one thing but the biggest costs are accomodation, eating out, renting cars, etc.

Thanks OP for posting but people need to do the, overall, price checking before booking.
