      Yes, the backpacks can be returned. If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return the goods, Decathlon will offer a refund or exchange for the item if they meet the following conditions:

      • The product is returned within 365 days of the date of purchase

      • Decathlon membership and proof of purchase is provided (we can find this for you if you provide the purchasing email address)

      • Items are unworn, unused and in their original condition

      • Items have the original packaging with all accessories included (tags attached and not ripped off or cut off, product packaging intact with all stickers attached)

      • The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available (see below)

      Based on our assessment of the product's condition, Decathlon reserves the right to accept or refuse the return, and in the case of a return, may choose an adapted or most appropriate remedy (for example repair, exchange, partial or full refund).

    OP, does the >$90 free shipping still apply.
    I'm being charged $21 for shipping at checkout, despite the total >$90 and the items are <5kg (ie shouldn't be 'bulky').

        I ended up clicking a (inconvenient) click and collect location and ordering (no 152836).
        The confirmation email states my home address as the collection point.
        Now I’m confused.
