Brazil fined Apple US$2mil for not providing chargers & did not like the explanation of "saving the environment" (around the Apple bank).
The fine also covers misleading water resistance claims. Apple declined to repair iPhones that had suffered water damage under warranty despite touting the devices' ability to survive immersion for extended periods :(
Apple might not have much choice but to offer concession if it wants to keep selling iPhones in the large market of Brazil.
