Looks like postage + surcharge is $12 or pickup at the Auburn store. https://i.imgur.com/iP2B7IX.png

    That huge bezel lol

    • LOL yeah, I only see those massive bezels on older TN panels.

Yeah in theory I don't think a bezel should matter but that ones pretty uggo.

  • I have this monitor and think it’s great for gaming

    • Ok for a round of fortnite with the 10 yo on ps4?

Any monitor would be. PS4 can't run above 60Hz anyway.

      • My kids used to play fortnite on it. It’s very clear. I have a 75hz Lg monitor next to it and looks pretty bad compared to this monitor. I recommend it

  • Any idea about next gen? Looking for a decent next gen monitor for ps5/series x

    • You’d want a 4K monitor to make use of a PS5/xsx

1440p 144Hz (supports 120Hz) FreeSync works great on Series X. PS5 doesn't have a 1440p mode or FreeSync but it supports 120Hz, so you'd need either a 4K monitor or a 1440p monitor that supports 4K input and a 120Hz signal. Monitors generally have rubbish HDR so I wouldn't bother with that. If you wanna drop the 120Hz modes on the SX/PS5 then a 4K 60Hz is a good choice and quite affordable nowadays.

The Dell S2721DGF is literally made for SX. It supports 1440p, 120Hz and FreeSync and has excellent response times. Unfortunately it's no good for PS5 as it can't accept a 4K signal and PS5 won't allow 1440p so it'll drop all the way down to 1080p but you will get 120Hz at 1080p.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I do use the xsx more atm so may pull the trigger on that Dell.

  • Any suggestions on whether I should choose this package with the $12 buck shipping or go bigger and pickup with this 27" gigabyte option for $259?

    • The resolution will be disappointing on the 27. Think the 24 inch will be better

    • I'm going with the aoc 24g2 or viewsonic xg2405 which are both very nice monitors.

  • Thanks bought 2
