Spotted this ripper price on some no name PLA filament from Amazon over the weekend and ordered some to test.

Regular Black and White are for sale at $14.99/Kg which is already a great price but then noticed that they also have some Silk Black PLA which was going for $6.99 for a 0.75Kg spool($9.32/Kg). Note the item's title states that its 200g but item info confirms the weight- Also i've ordered and confirm have received 0.75Kg.

Cant comment on the quality of the material or how well it prints but for the price, i'm happy to try out.

    Additionally cheap filament has a tendency to get jammed in the nozzle.. perhaps because it’s less pure, but it can be annoying to clear.
    Not saying all cheap filament is bad, Sunlu has been decent to me

    Be aware, it is NOT 1kg as per the listing, it is closer to 350g with packaging. I have a return sitting next to my front door to confirm this.

  Got what I'd guess is 200g silk, so as it said. Keeping anyway as I only wanted a small amount for one project so the free postage with Prime made it a half decent option anyway.
