Got some for $1 a month ago, made some quick mini cheesecakes with digestives as was suggestive in a prior thread.

Only put on about 5kg of pure insulation so totally worth it.

What else is there to make with them? I've done icing, cheesecakes, blondies, and still have a tub and a half left. I really don't know what else can be done with them beyond that

Layered cake in a jar eg. carrot cake/red velvet - you can freeze those

Did you make japanese cheesecake though? I'm working on those atm

        • I froze my last cheesecake as I was the only one eating them. Some nice slices to pull at as I want them. Might try Japanese cheesecake! That seems divine

    It's quite flavourless imho

    • Yeah I'm using it as regular cream cheese

    Why has this 26 upvotes???

Are people upvoting based solely on RRP vs Discounted Price?

We’d go into my local woolies and laugh at the fridge section display of this when it was full price. Then they halved it and we’d still laugh at their untouched display.

When it got to $0.26 per tub, I was still laughing at the full display, and was going to post on here, but couldn’t bring myself to do it. I also couldn’t bring myself to buy a tub, even though it cost less than a phone call.

The next day the display was gone, so have to assume the contents were placed in the dumpster.

Which brings me back to this. Have 26 people tried and are endorsing this hideous, single purpose creation?

I get it if you are going to make a dulce de leche cheese cake, it might help you save some time … however you would still need to make a caramel to drizzle over it, so can’t see this product actually saving you any time overall.
