  Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I would suggest one contributing factor is that your prices are not competitive enough.

  Hi Hybroid, thanks for pointing that out. Manuka Honey is extremely competitive and is more the exception when it comes to pricing (at least from what we can tell) as it's high in demand. Chemist Warehouse is selling it well below cost price, so it may be a promotion tactic to draw in more customers and make a margin from selling them other products alongside it.

      No worries. In a way it is situations like that where some companies go overboard and price their items at ridiculous levels to weed everyone else out.
