I think the profit you can make from this is so dismal it's not really worth it. Might take a while to get rid of them so there's opportunity cost too.
Cost of $24 each shipped. I make about $8 profit on each one. For the little effort required to pop them in a post box it's well worth it.

Most of the time 1-2 weeks for me. Fastest has been 5 days.

It's fairly cheap locally too, but I highly recommend Bulletstorm to those that haven't played it. Surprisingly fun game despite the potty mouth exterior.

Bought the limited edition a few weeks back for $37. I would say the extras aren't that great. The guide is online but if you're going online there are much better resources.
Every version of Dark souls is compatible with each other as long as its on the same console.Fun game. The difficulty is primarily due to not knowing what to do. This is why people really fly through their NG and NG+s. So try to avoid using a guide unless you're really stuck.
