Quickly sign up for a new account and then it will allow you to choose paypal as a payment and enter the code.
Ok.. found the answer. You have to login to PayPal first through the button give. Then you get the screen to enter the coupon code to bring the price down. Bit confusing though. I was expecting to enter the code first and bring the price down before going into PayPal screen.
