Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Have read and watched reviews online but am interested in OzBargain users reviews of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

I'm interested in using it for note taking with the S pen, web browsing using multiple tabs, Netflix and Spotify streaming. Also curious to know if you can plug it into a power point to charge.

    I'm looking at a tablet too…
it charges via USB C, so any USB C charger should work.

Currently struggling between the s6 lite and the s7, both wifi.
Really only want it for iptv / netflix / browsing / note taking etc.

Just dont want it to feel 'slow' in 18 months, but also dont want to pay the s7 premium if its surplus to needs.

It's got great speakers. Screen is a downgrade from the S5e. Great media consumption device.

Also curious to know if you can plug it into a power point to charge.

You'll need the wall charger and USB cable that it comes with. You plug the tablet into one end of the cable. Then you plug the other end of the cable to the wall charger and then plug the wall charger into a power point.

in terms of the screen - viewing websites, do you get that grainy look on the text ?

      • also - 64gb / 128gb .. i don't plan on loading up games etc (a couple, sure)… will I regret buying smaller? ($125 difference in price)

Screen is sharp. Does not match the black levels of a AMOLED display though.

64GB is fine. You can get a microSD if you ever feel like you need it.

If you're not gaming, the performance is fine but if you're after super smooth experience, you will need to look elsewhere.

          • @DASHCAM NOW DUDE: if it can handle perfect player streaming IPTV, and tabbed browsing… i'll be pretty happy. Cheers :)

    Would highly recommend it.

S-pen is great for note-taking and works well with OneNote - has replaced my laptop due to its portability. The screen it isn't the greatest when viewed from an angle but I stopped noticing it with time. Battery life is great, easily lasts a day with a full-time note-taking / browsing.
