    I've got this and love it. I use it on saute mode as a saucepan more than actual regular pans. Great pressure cooker too. Pot goes straight into dishwasher. Great complement to the Philips Airfryer.

        Not great as definitely been cheaper. Think got mine around $150 mark.

        You can usually get these + the stainless steel inner pot (very useful, we only use the SS pot so I don't have to worry about scratches) for $179 so if you have a Costco membership, definitely wait for that one.

    I have the machine one version below this model. It does a good job overall except the slow cook function is awful (HIGH slow cook is basically a LOW slow cook), but it may be fixed in this model.

    Not related, but if anyone is considering buying the 8L model one day, I would strongly reconsider it. There's no manual pressure cook function on that model which in my opinion is a huge deal breaker. The machine heats up really fast though and holds a lot more - so it is good in that sense - just beware that there's no manual button!

      You would hope a pressure cooker that's almost 3x more expensive is better made.

    The trick with these is to plonk it out the back door before you release the steam.

      That's a bl@@dy good idea - everytime I "pop" ours I go through the ceremony of getting a moist washcloth to direct the steam away from the ceiling.

    This model is 1300w over the previous HD2137 which was 1000w. Amazon still haven't updated the description after all this time.

    FYI costco do the same model with an extra stainless pot for the same price on sale quite often.

    I had this before Instant Pot was available in Australia. It worked great when it was working. It died right before the 1 year warranty expired and I was refunded. I couldn't live without a pressure cooker once I started so ended up getting Ninja Foodi after. Recently I bought a 8L Instant Pot. Both Ninja Foodi and Instant Pot are fantastic. Keep the receipt is my advice in case you need to return it

    I have this product and love it but it does not come with clear instructions on how to get it off the kitchen ceiling.
