    The card is instant - appears right after payment in shop back. I don't know about daily but I have reached the limit with 2/$2000 (in a week but a day).

    I've asked a friend who used to work there and a staff member who works there - both sources have said there is no limit to how many you can use.

  I just get the JB / Good Guys gift cards when on promotion through Woolies or Coles. The Him gift cards often come up with 2000 points ($10) for a $100 or if you're lucky a $50 gift card.

  Holy shit that app is bad. Login via apple, can't verify email since its using the relay. Get the code wrong, no basket so you can't go back and retry. Use the page again, reached max.Useless. Unsubscribed and deleted account.

  Terrible app. Payment issues meant i wasn't issued gift cards but they still charged $5000 to my credit card (I wanted $3000 worth!). They are refunding me but that takes time and now can't claim the deal! Terrible service from Shopback.

  There is a current 7% deal now for the Harvey Norman gift cards. Purchased two and tried to buy more to cover a planned purchase. Kept ketting payment issues. Contacted customer support and was told to logout of the app and back in, try another card, contact credit card issuer. Tried all three to no avail. There came a point that the app no longer allowed me to try another card "too many failed attempts" to add card. Next day my account is permenantly suspended and shopback are are saying they won;t launch an investigation nor give me any explanation. The tracked cash back amount from this purchase was very high given the card value i purchased. to cancel my account after that was tracked AND a purchase error on their end is just shady as heck. The two people i referred to (for the $40 for me and $10 for them) also had their account suspended after reporting the same payment error issues for gift card purchases. Again no help from customer service, just generic messages of "sorry we cannot help".

  Beppe's post makes me think thay payment errors are not all that uncommon. I wonder if Beppe ever got the refund? In my case Shopback simply took the easy and dodgy way out by suspending accounts.

    I have exactly the same issue now. The payment wouldn't go through when trying to purchase the gift cards. I then tried adding another card and now getting the message that there were too many failed attempts. Either way just can't get this thing to work.
