  How the heck are you meant to get 6 people in that?! That's like a 2 person tent!

  On a serious note, read reviews of Coleman tents on Product review. Avoid reviews from tent world and snowys as they only put up 5 star reviews.
  I recently went through a nightmare with them. Especially the northstar darkroom tents but also applies to their instant up gold series tents.

  Spare parts are non existent and unusable straight out of the box. Stripped screws, twisted poles from factory and list goes on. Returned it after 12 hours of trying to put it up and fixing the twisted poles. Replaced it with a brand called 'Outdoor connection'. Solid tent, solid company! Black wolf is also a safe purchase.

    I bought a Coleman Sundome tent from Amazon for a camping trip. It was good for value so I bought another one. Served me well in Autumn and even in rain. I'm happy with mine.

    We have this tent the Coleman Gold Series 8 Person Instant Tent, the sale price, $400 is fantastic. It's a huge tent.
    Our family is 2 adults and 1 child and it really is too big for our needs. The frame/poles are packed up with the tent, hence the "Instant" part of it and it works well.
    It has 3 rooms, bedroom, living room and pool table room!! So if you have a large family, it might be suitable.

      This is another scam by Coleman.

      Let me explain and I'll use the Northstar Darkroom 10p tent as an example.

      The price before covid was $799 full price, usually on sale for $699.

      But during covid Coleman jacked up the price of all tents to artificially inflated prices.

      The new price is is apparently $1179. But every day of the week they're now on sale for $799.

          @miguellin737: Not sure of pricing. Seems the Coleman Cabin Gold is exclusive to BCF.
          Coleman Instant Up Gold is available at tent world and Snowys.
