    Unless they have changed the system the staff, manually, transfer the image onto the mug.

  Not a bad deal, but the Kmart Photos system is not the most flexible for designing the things that go on the mugs. I tried designing one for my mother for Mother's Day, and ended up giving up through Kmart because it insisted on photos being cropped just so, and you were largely locked into their predesigned layouts.

  I ended up using a kiosk at Officeworks which basically let you make your own design from scratch, you weren't confined to their pre-arranged layouts etc.

    I think I will look at doing some photo editing to create a collage as one “photo” and then do a wrap around image.
