Same, OP must be doing something wrong

    • There are two possible reasons your referral did not track:

      (1) You didn't click out from the link/email with your referral code
      (2) You self referred

A qualifying “Referral” means: any new, unique individual, who is not a member of your household (including yourself).

      • I refer my mum during that 20/20 promotion a few weeks ago. Didn't track, and didn't really bother with it anymore.

        • Does this apply?

who is not a member of your household

          • @tightarse: Define that. She doesn't live with me. She doesn't even have my dad's surname. For all intend and purpose. She a complete unique individual, so if CR can track that sort of information, I am more concern than it able to track my referal or not :D

            • @Xantar: I'm trying to help, not to alienate. Just so you're aware, we (via our referral partner Talkable) have systems in place to detect certain situations where self-referrals are flagged. If you believe you were eligible as per our terms, a simple email to us would have resolved the issue.

              • @tightarse: My brother was just at my house, but doesn't live with me (he has his own family).
I saw this pop up and referred him, he signed up using my PC.

Is that likely to cause an issue if he goes home, logs in and makes a $20+ purchase?

                • @bonezAU: @bonezAU Provided the $25 RAF is already in both CR accts, you should be good to go. Is that the case?

                  • @tightarse: Yep, it's in both accounts. Thanks for confirming!

                    • @bonezAU: @bonezAU No worries. Enjoy the $ :)

            • @Xantar: Out of interest does your mum do all her own online shopping? And you don't help her in anyway?

              • @Chumly: She is somewhat tech savvy. She buys thing online through her mobile, mostly clothes and gifts. I made the user experience alot easier for her though.

          • @tightarse: Anyway, I will try to get my mate to sign up. See if it track or not :O Doesn't take more than a minute really.

            • @Xantar:

Doesn't take more than a minute really.

They also need to buy something above the minimum spend limit. I assume your mum did last time?

              • @Smigit: if it didn't track then that wasn't the problem. He might be mispeaking when he says didin't track, though.

      • Hi,

My friend from Uni opened an account using my referral.
She now purchased some foods at $50.

How long does it take for the $25 show up for both our accounts?

        Thanks
        John

        • $25 is instant upon signup. If you didn’t get it, refer to my comment here.

          • @tightarse: Hi,

How can it be instant if the referee needs to spend at least $20 first?
            I'm confused….

            • @Mydc5r: The $25 appears instantly in both accounts when the referred signs up. Both $25 amounts remain pending until you make a qualifying purchase. Once the qualifying purchase is approved, the referrals will be approved as well.

  • Does the $20 purchase have to be today as well?
    Ok it's within 90 days
