      Hi itshammer, Baseus only provides for good quality, the main of this cd holder is made of Aluminium Alloy, it's different from the other holder with low prices like hoders in your link.

      I had one of those and the clip that clips onto the vent was no longer in tension after less than a week.

    The cd slot variety have a really weak spring and don't stay in the slot properly. Purchase at your own risk.

    Edit: If you do want a cd slot holder to so that your phone isn't blocking any air vents, try looking for types that have a screw based mounting system instead of spring loaded (e.g https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32951340509.html).

      Can confirm. Bought one in November last year. Spring no longer holds it in the CD slot.

    I got this one and its OK quality but I got a suction type one from Kmart which works a treat for only $8.

    i bought the cd one about a year ago, and its fine for my iphone 11. Only issue is that it covers the screen (cd slot is above), but you can rotate it out of the way

    Bought this on last deal, the gravity lock mechanism works pretty well and the holder firms shut in the CD tray. What am I missing? Can't really go wrong for $11

    Bought this last deal, it is solid unit. Better quality than the cheap plastic ones so the higher cost is justified. Fits nicely into the CD slot- no stability issues. Used to have a suction one for the windshield but it lost its adhesiveness after a removing a few times and esp in summer heat. I'm pretty sure this will be the last phone holder I'll ever need to purchase for this car.
