Matching Davd Jones, might want to see if Amazon is also eligible for the redemption offer otherwise better off buying from DJ:

PURCHASE A PARTICIPATING BREVILLE COOKWARE OR FOOD PROCESSOR APPLIANCE AND RECEIVE A 'CHEFSTEPS' PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION VALUED AT $57 ON REDEMPTION.

    • Seems to be a general Breville promotion. So purchase via Amazon is still redeemable

      • It's only participating stores according to the Ts&Cs on that link. But Amazon is a participating store.

I have one of these and love it. Very user friendly with easier interface compared to other brands, and rock solid build quality.

Thanks - that's good feedback. I am even happier now with my purchase hehe

    • Agree with this. It's so good, cooks things like you wouldn't believe.

      • Sure but it’s overpriced still

  • I have a stovetop pressure cooker and have been thinking about getting a slow cooker, is there any advantage of the pressure cooker function in this compared to a stovetop one?

    • I guess it's more idiot proof and will turn itself off when the time runs out.

These are good, but I had the “lid not sealing properly” error, a lot. Particularly if I was repressuring for cooking the second step of something, e.g. soup. I prefer my Instant pot. The Instant pot has a stainless steel bowl and the lid isn’t attached to the bottom bowl. Horses for courses.

  • Mine broke after 1 yr and 4 month. Breville refused to even repair it. Buy instant pot instead. Cheaper as well

I have this and it’s amazing.
Mine stopped working after 2 yrs. warranty finished. But I sent a letter to bing lee to replace it under consumer law and got a new one.

  • So does it cook fast or cook slow?

      Why this and why that

    • Both ways

Where can I get a stainless steel bowl for this?

    • i'm not sure its an option?

I've had one of these for a few years now and love it. Can recommend.
