We encourage all customers to do some research when looking to purchase any brand of Ugg Boots.

Ensure you purchase from reputable websites or stores
Contact details - If you can't find the business address or contact number of the business you have purchased boots from, who will help you with customer issues
There are so many sheepskin boots out there claiming to be 100% Australian Made. How can you tell one authentic boot from the rest?

What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products.

Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots and slippers hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

All Ugg Australia® products are 100% Australian made at our factory and ecologically processed at our Roman Tannery in Laverton North, Melbourne.

Can these be exported to the US or will we get sued for trademark infringements?

  • Are these good? can anyone vouch? curious where to buy some uggs for winter.

  • Spewing no discount on slippers, I'm due for a pair

  • How is the fit on these? I tried another brand UGG (so confusing), but I went 2 sizes up and I could not get my foot in at all, yet the outsole was the same size as my normal shoes.

    • Had similar problem with this brand. Correct size but could hardly get my foot in - too narrow. No reply from them. Refund from Paypal….

  • I bought these, they run small (I bought a paid that were 1 size larger for comfort and it was still too small) and return policy is a bit garbage.
Really disappointed there no returns on a product that misrepresented in size.

    • Was it also the Ugg made in Australia? I tried the similar one by Ugg Express but even their biggest size (mens AU 11) was impossibly small.

      • yes it was ugg made in australia, I have these exact slippers

        • So what did you end up doing? How many sizes up did you go?

  • The post says the discount applies to both 'Prince' and 'Princess' slippers but the discount doesn't work for 'Princess' slippers.

Can this be fixed or otherwise the title should be updated?
