True order pickup something cheap like a dimsim or a sauce on the side I'm the morning then free dinner.
Thought I join the cool kids and order an Uber eats last Friday. After an hour wait the delivery time was extended by 30 minutes and after those 30 minutes my order was cancelled due to no deliverers being available…
I'm not out in the sticks or so, but I do went hangry that night.

No it’s not, recommend contacting them and you should be given some sort of credit
*$10 off voucher is only valid with orders valued $20 or more. Voucher expires at midnight on the same day of issuance. Customers can only qualify for the offer once per day.
This was in the T&C from the email I received.Hmm, hopefully this isn't replacing the $7 codes issued. This campaign is getting you to spend more as you have to make a purchase BEFORE you get the voucher, and even then it's $20 min spend.
The only upside is probably no restriction on type of restaurants vs the "delivered by restaurant" which was hit and miss.

So free dinner if you order from maccas/gyg/etc who do free delivery for orders over $10?
