David Jones' web site is shockingly bad, littered with fake discounted prices and non-existing stock.
I placed orders for some other shoes today, which were also seemingly good deal. I've got the order confirmation, but then an hour or so later another email advising that they are unable to fulfill.
I've checked my order history with David Jones - more than half of online orders were cancelled due to not actually having stock (or at least not willing to sell on advertised discounted price).

they started the clearance last night over 50 different shoes on sale with a very big discont.
but the stock is very low, neally all gone this morning, and couldn't c anything in the afternoon.

I ended up going in and getting them to price match the price online for a pair of Sweeney Londons as it was showing not able to purchase - but there was stock.
I called up and asked whether I could change to a colour that did have my size and price match my confirmed order. They said no, but offered a $50 voucher.
