      IMO x9000H is a better overall tv and android OS, but good luck finding a 65"

            @Norfolkinchance: For me its the 120hz refresh rate on 4k for ps5 and HDMI 2.1 (although I have read about some firmware issues regarding this) and having Android Tv giving you the option to download tv friendly apps straight to your TV like Kodi while the samsung has Tizen with reduced features (and as mentioned below Samsung does have full array local dimming) . I guess it depends on what you're going to use it for but the x900 outclasses the Q60a.

            TGG doesn't have anything within 500km of me :(

              @sabbyy: Thanks for the detailed info. I am not a gamer so it doesnt really bother me. Just gonna use it for sports, free to air and to stream netflix, prime etc. I’ll go with x900.

              TGG shows me I can buy it online.

            @Norfolkinchance: i was at mile end when i got that info but like you ended up not going samsung in the end. went sony but dead pxels and dirty screen effect :( have returned it since cbfd with the lottery panel game :( its 2021 why are we still dealing with these poor defects etc

      Should be fine I have a friend have the old Q80 also with small stand, I am also after small stand TV because of limited desktop space.

    Might be worth waiting for the new 2021 Hisense range. Early reviews of the higher end U8G range out of the US are very encouraging.
