I’m guessing NT and VIC late night trading is on Fridays, other states is Thurs.

I opted for pick up and somehow between cart and checkout it decided to revert it to delivery three times and then wouldn't accept my delivery address (greyed out Suburb/Postcode) which I thought was strange they needed.Finally got an order C&C paid via PayPal balance so thanks OP!

Thanks OP, it still works. Not sure how they identify your previous coupon usage but try changing each info until it works, especially payment info. I made it by changing email, phone number, and card number.
Do you actually receive a confirmation order email? All I had received is an email saying payment approved but no order number on it.

My order was oos too, but to my surprise when I called they said that whenever I go in they would honour the $25 discount on my in store purchase.
Go into store. My order went through last night only to be told this morning that it wasnt in stock. Went into store and guess what? Heaps of stock of the product I ordered. Dodgy as and am writing a few negative reviews of their business practise

Yeah, this was a total waste of time. They're telling everyone that they're out of stock. But there was stock right there. I didn't bother arguing with them.

Picked up the order but my cushion is torn. Damn it, have to go back to swap or refund tomorrow. Low quality cushion.
I didn't receive any email at all for two of my orders. They definitely went through because I was charged though.
Edit: Called up the store and it was on their records.Picked up my order and the manger was telling me people were making multiple orders under different names or same name multiple orders, and accusing them for fraud and he refused them their orders lol.
I only made 1 order but he wanted to see my ID, email confirmation, and payment method. I just shows him my ID and email confirmation and told him just to get my stuff.
So be prepared for those who have multiple pickup orders. Maybe you will get lucky and your store manager isn't a d*ck
My store only needed my phone number nothing else, so I guess it depends on the store.
Only phone number reqd. Different store has different database, I believe as I ordered from 2 different stores and they are not confused which order or which account.
I only ordered the student desk for $3 and able to pickup without any issue yesterday
I ordered the mattress protector for $4.95 and picked up today without hassle.I also received sms and email prior to confirm pickup date.
Picked up my memory foam pillow and the bloke at the warehouse had 4 boxes (5 pillows/box?) waiting for pickup. Seems like a lot of you had the same idea… he's ready for you.
went to get my $4 pillow however they had none on the floor or warehouse.
so instead of just exchanging it for a similar pillow, they are doing a store transfer from over 100km away.

yep picked up my orders, got my whole family to order something using my name and number to pick up from one location, didn't have an issue picking my 10 orders up.
Also on Thursday there was no limit I was able make 4 orders on my amart account.They are easily the worst quality cushions I've ever used, not even sure worth $5. Would rather sleep on a trashcan.
