I refuse to believe a 20,000 MAH power bank is as small as pictured in the product image. Ridiculous

      • +10

Your listing is misleading at best with multiple references to the product being 20,000 mah. No where in your product image or product listing says the listed image is for the 10,000 MAH.

        • +3

I doubt it could have 10k mAh. The 4th picture showing 2 x 18650 batteries inside, maximum 6k mAh with good batteries.

      • +6

I can't see an image of the 20k on the Amazon listing, seems to be the same pictures for both models. Probably better to make it clearer.

        • -3

Maybe you can see the description below the product.
We are sorry, when we put these two power banks together, the picture has some problems.

          • +1

@Judy Yan: Very deceptive to have text specs, radically different to those in the picture specs, and the item in the picture not even being close to the true size of the power bank.

            • +1

@CobCob: That is the picture of 10000mah power bank.
We are so sorry that we have uploaded the correct images all the time, but the Amazon has not displayed the product correctly.

          • +3

@Judy Yan: Cancel your listing until you get it right.

        • +1

I believe the image is under the product description, you can see a powerbank with what looks like 4x18650 batteries inside, which could potentially have 20000mah. However I do agree it's a bit misleading

            @TThomas:

looks like 4x18650 batteries inside, which could potentially have 20000mah

There are no 5000mAh 18650 batteries, unless Renogy has some top secret alien tech no one knows about.
These are most likely 4 x 21700 batteries as 4 x 26650 will exceed the product dims.

            • +1

@m9: I can't comment about maximum capacity of an 18650, but interesting point that they can't hold 5000mah. The only reason I assumed they were 18650 as they are claiming on the page that "same high-density battery cells built in a Model X."

Model X were using 18650 and the model 3 used the 21700. Don't know if they have upgraded the model x to use 21700

The set of pictures being shown refers to the 10,000mah power bank. See https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41JpjXUAC3L.AC.jpg

The seller hasn't uploaded images of the 20,000mah version. This is what it's supposed to look like, would say it has more of the girth and height of a can of soft drink so it's definitely not pocket sized as the writing on the Amazon product images suggest.

The product dimensions (written in text, not the image) do sound accurate (5.1 x 5.1 x 10.3cm)

    • +1

more of the girth and height of a can - that's what she said.

  • This is the same size as my Xiaomi 5000mah power bank. Technology and lies really fly.

  • My Xiaomi ZMI Aura 20K can do 18w Max on a single device, what would this one be capable of doing?
Love the idea of what seems to be replaceable 18650's.

  • The internal cells are more likely to be 21700s than 18650s. Rep, can you confirm?

18650s are only 18mm wide (36mm for two) and up to say 3500mAH. The device is 51mm wide so two 18650s would be too narrow to fit 51mm inside a case. Also, not enough energy. 26650s are too wide (26mm for one, 52mm for two, wouldn't fit inside the case).

  • Theoretical Capacity 20000mAh / 72Wh
So could be anything between 0mAh and 20000mAh?

But yeah, image is misleading, dubious that the actual product would hold 20000mAh as well given it's size.

  • Micro USB…. Ugh!

  • -1

Deceptive listing, description and title on Amazon refers to the 20,000 model, however, the Amazon images show the MUCH more compact 10,000mah version.

    Caveat emptor .

  • I have replaced the image on our Ozbargain site with the appropriate thumbnail of 20,000mAh capacity battery but please be aware that any further edits to the deal could cause the thumbnail to be over-ridden again.

    • Hi,
      Thank you.
And now amazon can display the picture correctly.

      • Thank you, I'll reset the thumbnail and have our system obtain the thumbnail from Amazon server directly.
