  Strongly recommend you guys use paypal as the payment method ( because of the buyer’s protection policy). Groupon nowadays refuse to refund to your card but offering groupon credit which is somehow useless.

    Strongly second that!

    I had several issues with Groupon over the years where they refused cash refund despite meeting the refund policy conditions.

    Dealing with their CS was as pleasant as having open heart surgery without anaesthetic.

    Lodged disputes with PayPal and they managed to 'yank' my money from them every time.

  The condition says if you cancel it within 7 working day, you will get it back into your card. Otherwise will give you credit, Even you use paypal will not work. Read conditions first before buying.

    Yup, happened to me. I still have credit from like 2019. Every 6 months I just buy a food deal and get a refund back in credits for another 6 months. Repeat until I find some good deals and slowly drain my credits.
