  • Not a fan of classic RPG-style games, but the Sci-Fi aspect interests me. Worth it?

    • +2

I enjoyed 1, loved 2, was indifferent towards 3 and absolutely hated Andromeda. A large part of the enjoyment of the first 2 was the sci fi aspect. The world building, lore and story were enjoyable. Just don't get excited about how they wrap it up in 3. Avoid Andromeda, it is just a turd of a game. EDIT: Looks like this is just the trilogy, not Andromeda as well…. which is good. Means you won't be tempted to play the dumpster fire.

      • +3

I think you're being a bit unfair to Andromeda. It doesn't hold a candle to the original games, but it certainly isn't a dumpster fire.

        • You might be right. I suppose as a stand alone game, someone might enjoy it. I just felt going from a playthrough of 2 to this was such a let down. The story-telling, combat mechanics and high number glitches were just such a let down for me.

    • +1

If you love Sci fi then it is a must just for the story

    • +2

mass Effect 2 probably my favourite game of all time and I do not play RPGs

    • It's an action game with some rpg elements, wouldn't call it a Classic RPG.

  • +1

Definitely worth it, but personally I would get it on Steam.

    • +2

What's the point when Steam still requires you to install Origin and make an EA account just to play it? I personally wouldn't pay $40 extra for it on Steam.

      • Wow, didn't know about that,I haven't play anything on PC for so long.

    • +1

Zero point in getting something on steam that requires origin anyway.

    • -1

its not worth $50 when you can get the originals for under $10 all up
another lazy remaster and charge full price - sure you get 3 games but they are so old it should be 29.95 max
I'll wait for it to hit $10 bargain bin

  • Watch out for the extra fees these guys add to the price. There was some subscription they tried to squeeze in too if I remember correctly

    • +3

      Hey there,

You will see the end price at checkout before paying.
As stated in the deal, the transaction might be subject to a small conversion fee (taken by PayPal or your bank provider).

We do not offer any subscriptions – my guess is you might be confusing us with another marketplace, to which we are no way related/affiliated or would ever want to be.

      Regards,
      A guy from Eneba

    Mass Effect is goddamn glorious.

  • Does Eneba do any refund or credit policy for price drops? I purchased for $75 just a few days ago

  • Cool, I played 2 and 3, but missed out on 1. Will get this. Purchased RE Village from Eneba and had no issues.

  • It says "We don't have any payments for your region or cart amount" when i get to the Payment step?

  • What is this service fee? I have never seen that from a retailer before.

  • Cant you sign up to EA play pro (or is that not available in aus) for $15 and play this??
