Best Value for Money Fashionable Eyeglasses

I am in the market for a new pair(s) of eyeglasses. Ideally I'd like to pick up two pairs so I can rotate them with my current pair. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where I might look…I've done some preliminary searching, but there's just a ton of choice out there. Maybe someone on the forums can help me narrow the options down?

I'm fairly young (30s) so something fashionable would be paramount. I know that there are some "trendy" places like Oscar Wylee, et al, but I'm not sure about the quality. Additionally, I'm prepared to spend a decent amount however this is Ozbargain after all, so if there are any deals out there I'd definitely pounce on them.

I have a fairly strong prescription, unfortunately this means that some of the smaller frames (eg wire frames) are a no go, due to the fact that my lenses are pretty thick. I currently wear Burberry frames similar to these:

However I am open to all styles. Finally, I'd like to try them on physically before buying them, but if it's a good enough deal I can live with buying them online.

Thanks in advance!

Clearly is great. Got 3 pairs from them last year and they're really cheap if you use their discount codes. Quality varies - as Clearly has their in house brands as well as designer brands.

    • Thanks, I'll check them out.

    • Hi, what Clearly discount codes do you mean? this or something else? https://www.clearly.co.nz/coupon-codes

yep those ones. They change throughout the year. I got one that was 50% off glasses and lens this one time.

if you have private health, just go to Specsavers and get them. Got 2 pairs last year for $0 out of pocket (one was sunglasses, other was normal - both were Hugo Boss brand)

    • I do have PHI, cheers.

Clearly or Zenni are what I use for most of mine.

Clearly can claim PHI if you have it.
