I saw this sign when I got off the Metro this morning. Looks like they're giving away free coffee to celebrate 2 year anniversary. Speak to one of the Metro attendants to obtain a card for the free coffee. Card can be redeemed up until 2nd June.

Just turning off those damn announcements is enough of a gift
I find that noise cancelling headphones are a good way of turning them off in my head!
Yeah I don't normally put them on until I get on the train (which more announcements lol) but recently I've been as soon as I get on the platform - but I literally can hear them before I even go down the elevator 😂
@pennypincher98: I used to live 200m from a station and i could hear the “doors closing” announcement and beep at night hahaha. Definitely too loud!

Secondly, I'm sure blind people have more than a 20 second memory which is the interval in which this is played.
Fyi, there are no visual announcements prior to today (this is the third day of the week, Wednesday).Don't start on all that holier than thou talk if you don't know what you're on about.
Can you choose where to get the coffee from or is it from a specific place?
I believe all Metro stations have their own little café, where you can redeem the free coffee.
Uhhh, not all.
Kellyville has this awesome little coffee shop (Dough and Co) and Hills Showground has a newsagency thing across the road but Norwest and Castle Hill both miss out (unless something has filled the place at Castle Hill), Rouse Hill, Epping, Macquarie University and Macquarie Park afaik only have ezymart lol (not sure if Rouse Hill one is even still open) and Chatswood is in a shopping strip so is it eligible for any of those?Castle Hill has a coffee place outside the entrance, it opened quite recently.
@beppe: Is it in that stone building just to the left? Used to have a coffee shop in there but then it closed its doors even before COVID I think
@pennypincher98: Yes that’s the one. My voucher said to present it at Dough N Co so I guess that’s the same company as the Kellyville one? I think it used to be the Baked Barista. You’re right they did shut, but they opened inside the shopping centre.
