  The difference between this stand and the Kmart stand is that this stand is height adjustable and can be extended 18 to 25.7cm. The Kmart stand is not height adjustable.

  A good product, however, beware the ridged rubber that's glued to the headphone mount. It will compromise thin or low-quality or soft 'pleather' headsets quite quickly, headbands with sturdier, more resistant covering shouldn't suffer this issue. This design makes sense for the phone mount, but a smoother/softer albeit tactile rubber for the headphone mount makes more sense.
