Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Dry Twice is the recently released sequel to Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry.

I much prefer cartridge versions than digital (makes it easier to lend to friends or resell), so I went looking for this after realising it had just been released on Switch.

The original is also currently discounted on the AU Nintendo eStore.

The fact wet dreams no longer exist makes me so sad

      • You still sleep at night?

        I can't get to sleep.

        Can't stay asleep.

Awake at 630am regardless of whether I've had 2 hours sleep or 8.

        I am officially an oldfart.

        • 630am? That's kiddies time, old farts wake up at 230am

          • @nfr: I'm still up at 230am.csbt get to sleep either.

But you're right, if I get to bed before 10pm I end up wide awake 230am… And strangely ready to mow the lawn.

You can always borrow one, in case!

Jeeze Leasuresuit Larry was around when I was at uni in the mid 80's. Man he has some staying power.

    • It'd be those little blue pills right? :P

Most people who remember the original games are starting to show their age now. I was in high school playing the original LSL games in the early 90's.

Never thought I'd live to see a Leisure Suit Larry game on a Nintendo platform

    • Yeah I was pretty surprised as well, but the games are pretty tame these days.

Will get these for the kids.

Will they need to answer questions to prove they are 18?

    • The original one I linked above for $12 had questions at the start, and being well over 18 didn't help :P

I think it took me 3 attempts to answer them because they were rather obscure questions. I guess you probably could Google the answers if you were desperate …

I suspect the new game will probably have them as well, but having only ordered my copy last night I won't be able to answer that until the game arrives in a couple of weeks.

  • Just had the order cancelled :(. Ahh well.

    • Mine was just cancelled as well - sigh. Guessing they didn't appreciate being Ozbargained …
