PS4 version of Persona 5 Strikers is the same price too

  • Bravely Default II is the same price at Big W if you don't want to wait for shipping

  • What is the difference between this Persona 5 Strikers from the Persona 5 released years ago? Thanks

    • +2

Strikers is an epilogue, gameplay is Warriors like while Persona 5 base game is a JRPG. If you want a continued story then you should play strikers but be warned that gameplay is nothing a like

    • +1

Strikers is a sequel to Persona 5 (and Royal) by Koei Tecmo. It's a hack & slash Warriors-style game using some of ATLUS's JRPG elements.

Persona 5 Royal (not on sale here) is the upgraded version of the base game Persona 5. Like Pokemon Crystal/Emerald/Platinum, but with more added content in the re-release.

  • Is Overcooked all you can eat a new game?

    • -1

      Yep, released last year.

Apparently not as good as Overcooked 1 and 2.

Apparently a combination of Overcooked!, Overcooked! 2 and all additional content??

      • I think it is 1 and 2 with DLCs

      • Isn't "All You Can Eat" just basically 1 & 2 combined?

        • Is it worth buying Overcooked 2 $28? or All you can eat?

          • +3

@wekimekigugudan: Hmmm, if you get Overcooked 2 and really like it then you'll regret not getting All You Can Eat! As well as including all the levels from 1 plus DLC, it also updates it graphically to appear like 2 I think…

Of course, Overcooked 2 might be enough for you before you get bored and then it means you've saved some money!

          • +2

@wekimekigugudan: I think this might be worth it than the OC2 for this price..

  • Cheers grabbed overcooked! Had alot of fun with this with some drinks recently.

  • Hah, I'd just set a camelx3 price alert for Overcooked at $50 earlier today.

Does the graphical remaster on the Switch look much better than the previous iterations of Overcooked 1&2 or is it much the same?

  • +1

Not to neg the OP but currently Overcooked! All You Can Eat edition is currently cheaper in the e-shop right now, maybe the discount just started after this deal was posted.

It's $45.56 in the e-shop for a digital copy but otherwise, you can get it from Amazon for a physical copy for $49.

I personally prefer physical over digital copy of games.

      Benefits of physical

      • Can re-sell when you're done
      • Ability to share with other
      • Looks nice on shelf for collectors
      • Still accessible when game has been removed from the eShop/eShop closure at end of life of console

      Benefits of Digital

      • Portability
      • Generally cheaper than physical
  • Bravely Default II is same price in BigW for anyone that wants to use giftcards

  • Doesn't seem to be enough in Overcooked All you can eat to make it worth buying if you've played 1 and 2 and the DLC before
