Low price on these coffee beans with the Arabica available for a lower price with Subscribe & Save.

Arabica is Medium Dark Roasted, while Original is Strong Dark Roasted. Reviews are mixed but they're also cheap coffee beans so they're good enough for espresso or cold brew in my opinion.

Before anyone asks… Grinders/Coca Cola AU.

My last experience with this brand rated them well below Aldi beans (and a long way short of other OzB promoted producers at higher cost).

Aldi is bottom tier so these must be extra low.

Correction instant coffee is bottom tier, then followed by Aldi. Upvote or downvote either comment if you agree.

Aldi has a variety of regional coffees available, many of which are roasted in Australia within the last 2-4 weeks (and visible for you to check).

If that is bottom tier, I'd suggest going and checking out the roast dates in Coles / Woolworths one day.

Sure - they aren't top tier. But bottom tier? No.

          • @mjwills: Unfortunately with Aldi not being a nationwide store it's not somewhere I can easily get coffee. The times when I have been and picked up beans it's been disappointing. I'm sure they're good for the price but there's many better options for a bit more.

            • @Clear: If you don't check roast dates then Aldi coffee (like all) can be pretty ordinary - definitely.
