Gday all with the launch of AFL Dreamteam and Supercoach tomorrow Footy Star is pleased to announce the launch of there latest App Fantasy Planner 2012. I have submitted an update giving Ipad support yesterday so rather then let the current promo codes go to waste i thought i would give them away to some OB members. The promo codes are for Iphone only and you must have a min IOS of 5.0. Please only take a promo code if you are a Fantasy Nut and dont request 1 just for the sake of a freebie.

Sorry but there is no better way to do this other then the first 40 emails i receive will be sent a code. The app normally retails for $4.49 and a lot of hard work went into this so i am sure you will love it. For all those who miss out once the update is aproved and apple issue me 50 new codes you might have another chance, alternativly download the lite version to check out the features.

    So correct me if am wrong but this app is only for pre-season? What benefit would it be to anybody? Wouldn't they just use the internet in their own time to perform research?

    What use is this app after the season begins?

    If you love DreamTeam or Supercoach the app will speak for itself. it's mobile friendly and supports both competitions. lets just say its the perfect research/planning tool for Fantasy Footy.

    Alternativly yes you can sit on the web and create your team. Personally i prefer to use the app email myself my squad and enter into the official competitons.

      I'm torn whether to ask for a code or not… I'm primarily an Android user, but recently picked up an iPod Touch to play with iOS apps some more.
      With the DT site opening tomorrow (or Thursday) I'm not sure I'll actually use the app either.

      Android causing me heart attacks! Android Devloping is just a basket case :). Trying to get it done asap, maybe 1 more week needed.

        Sorry to hear that, did you know that Google are comming out to do Android Developer Days here.

        If you need a beta tester, send the apk, im using a Galaxy S2

    true, once the season starts you need to use the official DreamTeam and Supercoach services to manage your team. This is just a tool to assist with creating your team with some added features like fantasy scores during NAB cup, rookies, DPP player lists etc etc.

    Once the season starts you can use my other app Footy Star to follow your fantasy player scores and other fantasy tools to assist you through the 2012 season.

    Yahoo have allowed developers access to there US Fantasy competitions providing a API to developers to develop custom apps but i doubt very much this will ever happen here. Until then it is impossible to allow 3rd party software to manage your team.
