  • I'm assuming there is no boost for $3?

    • +1

Afaik they're like $7+? They have some specials for $5.50 weekly but unsure if you can use these discounts with that

      • Nah the vouchers have never stacked with the specials when I've tried.

  • +1

So these vouchers only work on the app, you can't show them to the cashier in person to have it processed. BUT, for some reason, some Boosts have a "closing time" on the app that is way before when they actually close. If you try to order after this time it won't let you.

For example, the Boost in South Wharf Melbourne usually closes at 7pm. I've tried to order at 5pm and it hasn't let me because the "closing time" listed on the app is 4pm. I've actually done this twice and been disappointed twice now. The second time I missed it by 2 minutes because I was taking a poop and forgot about this stupid deadline in the meantime.

    • That’s pretty shitty

    • TMI re the stinky, Slinky …

what is the answer for $3 off?

    • +1

yes i'm annoyed because they always say go to their facebook page to find the answer but i can never find the relevant post or anywhere in their fb page to find this bloody answer so annoying

plus annoyed they increased their weekly tuesday special from $5 to $5.50

      • +6

That's true ozbargainer sprint - annoyed by their 50c price hike

        • +1

True OzBer spirit, and entirely justified. It's a 10% increase, which is waaaay above the rate of inflation, which is simply opportunistic (which is of course part of the essence of capitalism I know) …

Imagine if you were all set to buy a hippy 'lectric' car for $50k (because your dips##t 'pot-puffing' hippy mates had guilted you into it), and all of a sudden it was $55k 'just because the company could'.

It's a bloody (orange) outrage, and there should be a national boycott of Boost Juice until the 'Tuesday Special' price is rendered commensurate with the rate of inflation. In 2020 The rate of inflation in Australia was 0.87%, ER-freakin'-GO the price of the Tuesday Special at Boost Juice should be exactly $5.0415. I have no doubt that all of Australia will get right on this issue as soon as it is widely publicised.

their products have nothing to do with fresh

every so called juice is made with a base of concentrate reconstituted apple juice (cheapest and trashiest)

always get fresh squeezed juices only, everything else is garbage water with sugar

Calm down buddy, we're drinking it for the flavour and sugar content. Not because it's good for us.

EDIT: took one for the team and tested this out…'blender' is the correct code! enjoy $3 off

based on the picture posted on their fb page (https://bit.ly/3c5TPq6)… could the code be "blender"?
    B - brown
    L - lilac
    E - emerald
    N - navy
    D - daisy/daffodil (i know this ones a stretch but Y for yellow didn't seem to make a word)
    E - emerald
    R - red

Note: this is assuming the code is an actual word and not a bunch of random letters and also i have not actually tried the code out yet
