The goodguys has better price with bonus offer and along with giftcard pay option you will pay less than $2600

    • True but that Payback deal ends today

Costco warranty the best in australia while u keep your membership

  • I have last year's model, excellent picture

This is last years model. And is obselete now.

  • How much warranty do you get with this and can you purchase additional warranty?

    • +1

Sony manufacturer warranty + credit card extended warranty + ACL.

      • how many years that credit card warranty will cover this?

I got the TGG 5 year gold services for $330 when i bought this tv last week and with assumption i make use of 60$ store credit (3 time 20$) per year which gives me back 300$.

        • You need to read your credit cards info. I usually get seller's extended warranty if I know the product is discontinued or can't be fix once faulty, aiming for easy refund.

  • I got a price from The Good Guys for $2850 delivered, excluding $300 cashback (or in store credit), and 1 year Disney+ subscription. It might work out better for some.

Still can’t believe I got this TV for $2195 during the last price error

lucky you, its good that Sony honored rather than canceling the orders like most of them do.

  • I got a Sony refurbished one last week for $1999, it's arriving today, hope it doesn't have any issues

    • Let us know when it arrives…

    • when did you get this price? I was always keepin an eye on ebay but hardly found any.

      • If you look at the sell history you can see Sony add a few occasionally. I was lucky that found one midnight and because it was the last one so I didn't post anything on OZB

        • Good point. Added to my watch list. Have seen one 75'' and one 65'' this Monday but did not press the trigger.

  • Got mine setup from the last Sony deal. Awesome picture. Impressive sound too.

any comments on the viewing angles and 4k 120hz bluriness/ over-sharpness after firmware update?

    • I am curious too

    • +1

Still waiting on firmware update for VRR and the 4k 120hz blur is not completely resolved. Fingers crossed it will all get fixed one day but I'm losing hope. Apart from a few bugs here and there it is a great TV despite the issues.

    • One thing that annoys me slightly is I have to reboot the PS5 sometimes to get sound back as the audio will just randomly disable when coming out of rest most. Seems like a common issue on Bravia subreddit.

Harvey Norman won't price match Costco.

Wondering now if the $60 yearly subscription would be worth it, for the saving.
Best price on HN is $2919.
(No EFTPOS gift card included in the $2995 price offered from TGG)

I would avoid giving HN any sales at all.
