  $15 or lower would be classified as a bargain for parking in the Sydney CBD on a weekday.
  As reference, I pay $16 for Wilson Early Bird parking in the CBD.

    depends on the location :/ I paid $70 for a 'first 30 min only $5' on my first day in sydney.
