    In this design, is the upper or inner sole physically stitched to the outer sole? I find that outer sole, being glued, always separates from the upper and boot tossed long before leather or lining wears out. (Planned obsolescence, perhaps.)

      The sheepskin and innersole are stitched and then glued to the outer sole. We use a special glue that is activated before being stuck with pressure. We stand behind our product 100% and can assure you that these soles will not detach from the upper unless they are physically cut or torn from the sole with force. Our boots go through no less than 7 different people before being packed so we believe that our quality is second to none. We do not have any issues with soles coming off with 30,000+ pairs going out every year. If we can help with anything else please let us know :)

    On your slippers, how long can I expect before the wool on the inside of the sole to wears away? I would wear them daily around the house while working from home and lounging around.

      That really depends on how often you use them and how you use them etc. There is no exact set timeline however we have had customers use the same UGGs / slippers for years. When it does get low you can also grab a new innersole and slide it in there that will make them feel like new :)

      We have found that our sizing chart runs mostly true to size however the best way is to either measure you feet or go off an old pair of sneakers. If we can help please let us know.

        Well it’s now been 2 full weeks since I ordered and much more than the 48 hours since you said it would be sorted in.

        To order something Melbourne to Melbourne and in 2 full weeks the order to not even be updated from “confirmed” is incredibly poor

          Our apologies. I have spoken to production about this and if they have not yet gone out they will today. The issue is our system sometimes shows things as in stock when they are not so then we have to go and manufacture them which delays it a bit. I have followed up and will again today. Thanks again for the support.
