Saw this at JB, thought it was a pretty good price.

This is the NEWER version of the game with 12 extra characters. Definitely worth the money IMO.

Seems to be both online and in-store.

    Got it on launch for 35 imported, but still this is an excellent price for Australian Retail.

    At the moment I could kill for a good PSVita deal from JB.

    I bought this literally two days ago at the what was then the best retail price at Big W for $58.84. JB brought this down from $69 and cheapest UK online store deal is about $33/34 with postage. Awesome deal.

    Preferred the bgm of the original over this one. I 'upgraded' to this game and sold my original and I'm a bit regretful about it.

      I got the original if you still want it?

      I bought the original for PS3, and a controller.. and my PS3 doesnt work anymore. So the game has had 3 hours gameplay and a spare white controller.

    To anyone that owns a local PS3 copy of this game, can you please tell me the code on the side of the box? It should be something like this: BLES-xxxxx.

    I'm just trying to figure out if my incoming Zavvi copy will be compatible with Australian store DLC, if not I'll bite on this deal instead. Thanks!

      Zavvi always sends a PAL copy. So yeah Aussie store DLC should work with it.

        Sadly, recently for some obscure reason some PAL games are divided into two regions, EU and UK, with Australia being a part of EU. Since Zavvi and Ozgameshop usually send the UK version, some DLC will not be compatible. Example: The Fight for PS3.

      I have the original game which is the UK version and I bought the DLC for it (Australian PSN store) and it works. Will be the same for this game too as DLC works for both versions.

          It doesn't matter for this game (I haven't got it yet as I just ordered it from JB thanks to this deal). You only need to worry about the BLES code if the PSN store states that you need to have a particular BLES code before you download.

          For the DLC for Marvel, it's not restricted to the BLES code.

          That's why if you bought the DLC for this game when you had the original version, it's also playable with this version, which means, it's not locked to the BLES code. I'm pretty sure normal and ultimate have different codes.

    A bunch of Capcom games are reduced to $29, including Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, Dead Rising 2 (360/PS3/Wii) (inc Off the Record), Sega Mega Drive Classics, Dreamcast Collection + Sonic Free Riders from memory.
