Because it was not out of stock at that time. After wasting nearly more than 30 minutes neg was added. The ones in my cart kept on taking me to paypal back and forth.
So I got downvoted for complaining that I had to spend a lot of time in a payment loop. Now everyone should be happy that orders are getting cancelled.
