      Agree with Cooldog, I just upgraded to the Xiaomi Viomi V3 from the Roomba iRobot 690. Night and day… Actual mapping (Lidar) and with mopping, although not sure about the latter yet. The price for the V3 is the same as when I bought a week back. Just be mindful that the V3 is supposed to be terrible on carpet, which I don't have.

        Thanks for this, I've got tiles and floorboards, and the V3 seems to tick the boxes and have good reviews too.

      I agreed with Cooldog on the Xiaomi or others having much better value for money than this very old Roomba. However, no idea where he got the $100 figure. Mine was $400 including postage.
