We have a first choice store locally, but it wont me select any alcohol ( SA ) from my local Coles store and I cant select first choice for pickup
I don't think Coles sells alcohol in SA
My understanding is that the order is fulfilled via Liquorland store (not First Choice Liquor).
Welcome to the disgrace that is Coles Online.
You can get booze delivered in SA with not much issue (StClair/ Woodville is the delivery hub). To get click and collect it's a bit of a lotto if it will work. Best way is to create an account and verify your age hidden away in the settings. Then start with a fresh / cognito page. Once it flags your store as no alcohol, you need to start again.
Second, my advice is do your pick up asap. I have placed an order for a special like this for collection a week later. The order was confirmed. Then at 9pm (with the order scheduled for pick up in the morning), it said no stock. When I picked up the other gear in the order there was heaps of stock, but they couldn't give it to me at the special price last week. Its a joke. Also, Flybuys points don't track.
