  • That’s a good looking watch 👍🏼

    I'm happy that my tastes are cheap - that looks too busy for me. That's the good thing about watches though - there is something to suit most tastes. Thanks for posting.

      I like my wrist to look busy. Cause my mind is not doin much :)

  • Got the leather strap one last time when it was 299/-. Pretty happy with it, does not loose time as much as my other automatics do.

  • Wonder how or if the the radio time sync work in Australia , only 4 locations listed, non of them close by

      The Casio technology is called Multi Band 6, and it most certainly does not have the range to work in Australia unfortunately.

      There are two options that I have found;

      1. A mobile app, e.g. JJYEmulator for Android, to simulate the audio tones from the radio transmission).
      2. A web page that performs the same as above - JJY time signal emulator.

      EDIT: on re-reading the doco on the second link, it seems it takes care of the home city, and doesn't require you to change it. Moving the below to the bottom as it seems it's not needed.

      This requires you to set your home time zone to a supported city from where the watch was originally sold/marketed to. E.g. if you buy a JDM watch, you would need to set your home time to Tokyo, for example.

      I have a G-Shock GAW-100-1AER which was originally a Euro market device. I would therefore need to find an app/website that does the above, but simulating the Euro signal, AFAIK.
