Could someone please confirm Gold editions include all the story DLCs?
If they do, these are great prices.
Assasin's creed gold edition includes the season pass. This includes two new, major story arcs (Legacy of the First Blade and The Fate of Atlantis) with three exciting episodes per story. Season pass owners also receive the games Assassin's Creed III REMASTERED and Assassin's Creed Liberation REMASTERED. Plus the bonus mission The Secrets of Greece available at Day 1.

Is the DLC for Origins worth it? I quite enjoyed what I played of Odyssey's, and I'm currently running through Valhalla's Wrath of the Druids (Ireland) and it's really fun.
Both DLCs for Origin are not bad. I'd rate the first 7/10 and the second 8/10.
Is the code one time use or can you use it mutiple times?
Multiple times. But once per transaction. So if you want to buy a cart worth $50, do it in two transactions as then you save $30 instead of $15.
I bought odyssey through the web browser but it's not appearing in Ubisoft Connect. Anyone else having that issue? Hopefully it turns up soon :/

I made three separate purchases. AC Origins Gold for $12. AC Odyssey Ultimate for $27. The Crew 2 Gold for $12.
Those purchasing AC Odyssey (Gold or Ultimate) DON'T PANIC when you do not see AC Liberation Remastered listed in your library. For some reason it is listed under AC III Remastered as included DLC for that title.
I haven't tried it yet but if you have Ubisoft currency, you can get a further 20% off (according to Reddit) to stack on top of the $15 off. I'm looking to do that with Watch Dogs Legion.

I've just tried it out and stacking codes didn't work.
You linked to Odyssey Deluxe, which is $28.34 - $15 = $13.24. Odyssey Gold is $37.49 - $15 = $22.49
