  I have these and get feedback on Win10 MS Teams calls that my voice is muffled and cuts out occasionally. I don’t recommend these for MS Teams mic usage.

    Mine are great for Teams/Zoom/Meet calls, my voice sound very natural and they suppress background noise reasonably. Maybe you got a defective pair?

    Yep, I'm constantly told that my voice is too "quiet" on the other end.
    Shame, because I really like them otherwise and everything sounds perfect on my side.

  if you want better audio quality, the soundpeats true capsule 2, and even soundpeats T2 give a better fit and better bass than these for only slightly higher cost.
